Athens-based filmmaker and chocolate lover.

Thanasis is an award-winning, self-taught film director, with a background in film editing. Before launching his career in filmmaking, he graduated with a BA in Social Administration and Political Science from Democritus University of Thrace. He currently lives and works in Athens, Greece, where he writes and directs short films and TV commercials for well-known brands.

Thanasis’ work revolves around the exploration of queer identity and binary relations, within a romantic, often dark, dreamlike universe.
